The Touchdown skillshot is achieved by thumping a Miniboss to his death. The Miniboss must first be weakened before using the Thumper to kill him. Penetrators and Bouncers cannot be thumped until their armor is destroyed.

Trivia

It is possible to kill more than one Miniboss with a Touchdown even though only one was thumped directly.
