Hot dog carts are mobile comestibles kiosks used by street vendors. The cart is on wheels, and can maim or kill if enough force is applied. The compressed flamable gases can explode if the tank is ruptured. There are two skillshots associated with hot dog carts. One being Fast Food where you must kick a hot dog cart so it runs over an enemy. And Sausage Fest where you must kill an enemy with a hot dog cart explosion. An interesting note is when a hot dog cart explodes you can see actual cooked hot dogs fly out in all directions.
