Not in Kansas is a Skillshot that can be found only in Anarchy mode on the map Dead Rock. It can be accomplished by kicking an enemy into the tornado, causing him to be sucked in (and sometimes electrocuted, depending on what the tornado actually is).

Trivia

• The name is a reference to a line from The Wizard of Oz ("Toto, I don't think we're in Kansas anymore"), after Dorothy lands in the land of Oz after her house was carried off by a tornado.
