The Fan-Tastic skillshot is achieved by using the Penetrator to drill an enemy into the ceiling. This is easiest to perform on a thumped enemy.

- A Root Canal can be earned along with Fan-Tastic but the enemy will not hit the ceiling.
- The name of this skillshot is a direct reference to the enemy's resemblance to a ceiling fan as he spins around. It's also a parody of "fantastic".
